Terms of service
Last updated October 5, 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Yoloproof service at yoloproof.com and app.yoloproof.com, including the website, the web app, the API and the MCP server ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you agree for that organization.
2. Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password and API and MCP tokens secret.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what tools act for you with your tokens.
- Tell us at hello@yoloproof.com if you think someone else uses your account.
3. Test only what you may test
Yoloproof opens the web apps you register in a real browser, signs in with the test logins you give it, and can send HTTP requests to them. You may register and test only apps that you own or that you have written permission to test. You must not use the service to:
- test, scan or load systems you are not allowed to test;
- get around access controls, rate limits or security measures of any system;
- send spam, run attacks, or collect data about people without a legal basis;
- break the law, or upload content that you have no right to use.
We may ask you to prove that you control an app before tests run against it, and we may stop tests that break these rules.
4. Your content
Your content is what you put into the service or what it records for you: specs, tests, test logins, run results, screenshots, videos and traces of your app, and data from tools you connect, such as Linear and GitLab. You keep all rights to it. You give us permission to store, process and show it only to provide the service to you. Screenshots and videos show whatever your app shows, so use test accounts and test data where you can.
5. AI features
Some features use AI models from third-party providers. They are off unless they are turned on for your account. When they are on, the content those features need, such as a page snapshot or a failed step, goes to the provider to produce the result. AI output can be wrong; check it before you rely on it.
6. Connected tools
When you connect Linear, GitLab or another tool, the service reads from it and can write to it (for example a note on a merge request) as you set it up. Your use of those tools stays under their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available. We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you depend on, we tell you before it happens when we can.
8. Fees
You can use the service free of charge today. If we add paid plans, we show the price before you can choose one, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@yoloproof.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or systems at risk. When an account is deleted, its content is deleted from the service as described in the privacy policy.
10. Responsibility
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, for example for intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. For a significant change, we tell account owners by email or in the app before it takes effect.
